Our Mission
BAGL is a dynamic organization of home builders and industry professionals, actively promoting
the housing industry since 1967. We are dedicated to promoting home ownership, professional development
community involvement, government interaction, and vocational opportunities.
New Members
BAGL membership distinguishes you as a leader in the building industry and affirms your
support of the Quality Assurance Standards and the ethics of the Indiana Builders Association
and the National Association of Home Builders. As a member, you have direct access to the latest
information on materials and construction standards. You are encouraged to participate in social
and commercial events and charity functions. Our membership covers the full spectrum of the
building industry and our committees are active at all levels of government.
What benefits does BAGL offer its members?
When you join the Builders Association of Lafayette, not only do you become a
member of the local association, but also the Indiana Builders Association (IBA)
and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), representing over 196,000
firms associated with the housing industry.

Quality Assurance Standards
These Standards, for the first time ever, provide new home buyers and remodeling customers
the guidelines to measure their builder and the project against an industry approved set of standards.
The Standards create a series of performance standards that builders and customers can use to
communicate and understand each other's expectations regarding building/remodeling projects.
All of our Builder Members have committed to the Indiana Quality Assurance Builder Standards.
